RETURN / EXCHANGE FOR LONDRE X THE BIRDS PAPAYA ITEMS

Due to the limited time nature of this collaboration and the limited inventory available, all returns and exchanges must be sent back using the prepaid shipping label with 14 days of shipment arrival date.

For email exclusive promotions, items are eligible for exchange for store credit, but are ineligible for refund. Sale items are not eligible for returns.

We offer easy returns via our return portal. We send you a prepaid Canada Post label.

We do not offer returns on Face Masks. Sale items are non returnable. All original packaging, including barcode MUST be included with your return. 

We have easy returns + exchanges with in 60 days, provided the items are in the original conditions and have the tags and liners in tact. If you need to make a return or exchange, please head to our return portal so we can get you set up with a return label.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements listed above. We charge a $45.00 fee to return these items back to you.

How do I return or exchange an order?

For your return, please:

Quick tip: If you’re returning an item(s), you have the option to return for store credit free of charge.Stick the return label on the mailer and close it up carefully with tape.Drop off your item(s) to the courier on the label.*

*Make sure to have your return dropped off and scanned 50 days from the original ship date to avoid being charged and to receive your refund. Only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track it. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.

Can I exchange an item?
We'll issue you store credit and then you can order the item off our site. Please note, our store credit is valid for five years.  This option is free of charge.

We do small production runs to eliminate wastage. This results in items selling out very quickly, and us putting items up with a "ships close to" date. That means that your garment is still being expertly crafted or being packed up to be shipped.

Once the order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. However, we do accept returns and exchanges on items in the original condition for 90 days after purchase, given the tags are still on and the hygiene liner is intact. 

All orders are processed in CAD.

Sustainability

Our products are made primarily of recycled materials, sourced from an OEKO Tex 100 certified factory in Taiwan.

We have a quality, long lasting product. However, bodies change and clothing inevitably wears out after years of use. When you are finished with your suit, please return it to us to receive a 20% credit towards your next purchase. 

So far, Londre has taken over 90,000 plastic bottles from the beaches and streets of Taiwan to create their swimwear.

 All water used in production is able to be reused.

• Textile factory is OEKO tex 100 certified.

• Strategic use of fabric scraps in the creation of accessories.

• Small production to minimize waste.

• Recycling program - all suits are able to be rejuvenated into new materials at the end of their long life.

• Repair program - compensation given to customers to have suits repaired with in first year after purchase if needed.

• All dyes are non toxic and free of harmful chemicals.

Minimally used packaging is compostable (made from corn) and recyclable.

​Chitosante is made out of by product shells from the shellfish industry that would have otherwise been discarded, making it a sustainable resource. 

Aside from being environmentally friendly, chitosante is durable, non-toxic, naturally anti-bacterial and anti-microbial, and odour resistant. 

​A side note about shellfish allergies:  People who are allergic to shellfish are allergic to the meat, not the shell. Generally experts believe that chitosan is unlikely to be a problem for people with shellfish allergy.
