THE ROLE: OPERATIONS + CLIENT SUPPORT LEAD
You are: Super organized with exceptional attention to detail. A self starter and are happy to take initiative. Positive and passionate about sustainability and fashion. Excellent written communication skills. Excited to be working in a fast paced start up environment and comfortable wearing many hats.
You can: Drive and have access to a car. Be with us in Downtown Vancouver for a minimum of 8 hours a week. Lift objects up to 30lbs. Use excel.
You will: Be helping us with shipping, logistics and communicating empathetically with clients. Sourcing new suppliers and optimizing for efficiency. Strategizing for future growth. You must be adaptable and willing to wear many hats.
The commitment: We ask that you be with us in downtown Vancouver working for 14 hours a week. An additional 20 - 26 hours may be done remotely. This position is a temporary 3 month contract however the goal is to have the candidate grow into a more permanent (paid) role.
Compensation: Dependant on candidate experience.
