Can I return sale items?

Sale items and all items bought during site wide sales are final sale. For select newsletter list exclusive promotions, items are eligible for exchange for store credit, but are ineligible for refund. We know that buying things online that are final sale can be difficult! We'd be thrilled to answer any questions you have over live chat, DM and emails to help you find the perfect fit.

How long do I have to make a return?

Exchange: 30 days from shipment arrival

Refund: 14 days from shipment arrival

How do I make a return?

We offer easy returns via our return portal with for regular priced, regular collection items in unworn condition with tags attached. You'll be emailed a return label for USPS.

Exchange: We cover the cost of return postage

Refund: Return postage at a flat rate of $15.00

What condition does my return need to be in?

Your package must include all original packaging materials. We do not accept returns that have any body lotion, deodorant or any markings of any kind. If the tags, liner or any part of the suit has been tampered with or damaged, or you are returning a non returnable item, we reserve the right to decline your return and you will incur a $40.00 return shipping cost.

Cute bottoms! But I'd recommend sizing down if your booty is smaller!
Overall very happy. I had originally ordered the Triangle Top in Fiesta Red in a small, along with the matching bottoms (Ruched Drawstring Bottom also in Fiesta Red in a Small) + the Minimalist in Fiesta Red (S). When the suits arrived, the bottoms of the Fiesta Red Ruched Drawstring Bottom were too big on me and the material seemed to gape on my butt instead of lay flat. (For reference I am usually a small in Aritzia and lululemon [size 4]) I also felt like the Minimalist bathing suit was going to fall off my shoulders if I moved around too much. I reached out to support via Instagram and they were quick to support me in getting a different size. (did I mention I was leaving for Mexico in just 2 weeks from the arrival of the suits? so I needed them ASAP). I explained this to them, and they told me to return the items ASAP so they could send me the new ones ASAP. So the next morning I packaged them up and sent the items I didn't want back. My replacements arrived today, which include the Triagle Top in White Plaid Small, Ruched Drawstring Bottom in XS in Fiesta Red & White Plaid.
The new bottoms fit perfect—Thank you! As for the small tops, I am a 32A/34B and I feel like the small top is a little (just a little) gapey depending on how I tie the top. For now, I think it will do as long as I tie them in a non-gapey way. I am just so excited that they got here before my trip and that I get to enjoy these stunning pieces from a beach in Mexico! Thank you!

Perfect for everyBody
I bought these bottoms with the triangle string top. I had a few doubts, but the size chart helped me a lot! I love that it’s adjustable, and you can slide the fabric along the string, so you can choose whether you want to show more or less skin! I highly recommend them!

Beautiful and flattering
I wasn't sure if I could "pull these off" but loved the way they looked and went for it. So glad I did, they look and feel amazing! They can be adjusted in a few ways to give you more or less coverage - wear them backwards or forwards, scrunch the fabric more or less, tie the ties higher or lower on your hips. They actually have more coverage than I expected but can be made tinier which I love. The fabric feels silky smooth and the sculpting clay colour is beautiful. I love the way they look on me and I definitely can pull them off and so can anyone :) I'm typically roughly a size 8 / 29" and the mediums fit great.
